These runs are Sydney Striders Running Club training sessions for those who are looking to add hills and bush courses into their training program for the 6ft Track Ultra race. They are for members only but members can bring visitors but they need to run with them and be responsible for their guests at all times. The club is adopting the same entry criteria as the race for participating in this group, details can be found on the 6ft Track Race web page.
