Saturday 19th Jan Quarry Rd

AMAZING!!!! 30 daft "runners' (read loonies) turned up for one of the toughest runs we will do on a miserable morning for a 39 k run which was basically either UP or DOWN.
The group spread pretty well over the whole course with some great results.
Adam managed to collect a whole family of Leeches which even after being bashed with a rock still defied death.
Next weeks run is on Sunday, it is the Hornsby Hurricane designed by Dale especially for those bush runners amongst us.
